What countries or regions do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Fee？

Shipping rate is $5.00 USD. 

All orders over $35.00 USD ship for free. 

Processing Time?

For made to order items please allow for 10-14 days for processing and shipping.

All other items will ship within 5-7 business days and allow for 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Shipment times for larger paintings may vary dependent on size and delivery location. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

For commissioned pieces, the copyright remains with the artist, Vanessa Peters, unless the copyright for the artwork is signed over to the person or company who commissioned it.

Buying an original painting, assumes that you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, not the copyright to it.

The copyright remains with Vanessa Peters unless:

• They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.
• The copyright has expired.

Unless one of these circumstances applies, original piece buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc., when they purchase a painting - you're acquiring the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to reproduce it.

This contract is governed by the laws of United States and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.

We accept order cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
